As MGO’s Chief Quality Officer, I serve as the primary technical resource for complex public accounting situations. I am happy to leverage my extensive experience in public company reporting and compliance to provide peace of mind to our clients and their investors. 

My areas of specialization include IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, business planning and analysis, performance management, financial controls, and technical accounting. I am passionate about helping organizations streamline their business operations to increase efficiency and bottom-line profits.  

Prior to joining MGO, I worked with several firms leading SEC audit engagements, quality control, and corporate finance teams. I was also a former accountant in corporation finance at the United States Securites and Exchange Commission.
