Some of my areas of focus are financial statement audits and risk management, regulatory compliance, business process redesign, and financial reporting and analysis. I have managed U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC accounting and financial reporting engagements, public offerings, and debt and equity financing—as well as joint venture, investments, and complex revenue arrangements. I advise my clients through IPO and reverse merger filings, interfacing extensively with investment bankers and attorneys to provide the best value to you.
