Some of these opportunities include but not limited to tax credits, accounting methods, transfer pricing, and net operating loss integrity via ownership shift. In addition, to these various tax value additions, my goal is help make management and sole proprietors aware of tax due diligence items that may come up in a future transaction.
Prior to joining MGO, I spent a majority of my career in top 20 national accounting firms assisting both privately held and publicly traded entities both in U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions.
