Some of my specializations include global structuring and value chain analysis, U.S. and global transfer pricing documentation, audit support, unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements, provision review, pre-acquisition due diligence, and post-acquisition structuring.
I am particularly proud to serve China-based companies and provide leadership to MGO China — and I’m proactive in my approach supporting collaborations between companies in the United States and China for utmost benefit to both parties. Fluent in Mandarin and Japanese, I also work closely with Chinese tax advisors and law firms to optimize my Greater China region clients’ after-tax profits.
